A comment from Judith Nederlof who attended the most recent weekend Oct 2019

“The weekend is an opportunity to take time away from life, enjoy wonderful food and excellent company. It is a time to experience new things and to challenge yourself, both physically, and emotionally. Time to assess your life and take stock, think about changes and take up new challenges. How often do we take the time to do these things? I arrived home feeling, refreshed, re-energised and at peace with myself ready to face whatever new challenges await me “
